H & H Oil Recycling is a Houston environmental services provider founded in 1986 by brothers Harold, Don, and Calvin Heine.  In 2007, H & H was purchased by Vertex Holdings, LP, a growing environmental services operation that holds the Cedar Marine Terminal in Baytown, Texas.  Merging with Vertex Holdings, LP, allowed H & H to increase its hazardous waste removal, decrease used oil pollution and align its interests with the changing public attitudes and desires surrounding conservation and recycling.

From humble beginnings in the Austin area, H & H now engages in waste oil removal and environmental services in  a large radius around Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and the Valley. Its partnership with Vertex has brought:

• Increased monitoring capability to ensure tracking of every drop of clients’ used oil  and other fluids recycling responsibilities.
• Our proprietary truck based accounting system allows you to log into your account at anytime and know when waste oil  was collected by H & H, how much was collected, name of driver that completed the collection, name of the account representative and date of the next scheduled collection.
